The book is devoted to history of formation and a present state of the Buryat diaspora in Mongolia. The author describes the reasons and the main stages of the Buryats’ migration to Mongolia, problems of their arrangement on the territory of the neighboring state in the first years, the mass repressions against the Buryat population which took place in the 1930th. Special attention is paid to activity of the modern Buryat national and cultural organizations in Mongolia.
