Ставится задача выявления факторов формирования культуры межэтнических отношений между принимающим обществом и мигрантами, изучения региональной специфики, самоорганизации монгольских диаспор и их институциализации в некоторых странах Азии, Европы и Америки.

The book deals with ethnic migratory and diaspora processes in the Mongolian world. It includes both vast territories of "primordial" moving the Mongolian people, and wider geographical space involved in an orbit of the modern migrations which were earlier localized in borders of Central and East Asia. The authors identify factors of formation of culture of the interethnic relations between the accepting society and migrants, research regional specifics, self-organization of the Mongolian diasporas and their institutionalizing in some countries of Asia, Europe and America.

The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the Tibetan scholastic literature of philosophical departments in Buddhist monasteries of Central Asia and the Tibetan-Mongolian interpretation of the doctrine of dependent arising presented in it. The author defines the principles on which this literature is based, devises the technique of studying of the specific subject, and determines the integral concept of dependent arising. Translations from Tibetan language of Sutras and the works of Nagarjuna, Buddhapalita, Tsongkhapa and Zhamyan Shadba and terminological dictionary are given in the appendix.

The monograph is devoted to October revolution in the largest region of Russia – Siberia. The author shows the significance of centers of historical science in organization, planning and coordination of historical knowledge on the subject of October. Except monographic literature collections of documents, memoirs of participants of events of warring parties, historical chronicles, sketches of the local party organizations and bibliographic indexes are analyzed. The reasons of crisis of historical science on the subject of revolutionary movement are shown.
