В монографии рассматриваются вопросы социально-политической истории даурского народа в XX в. Автором показана роль представителей даурской элиты в сохранении фактически независимого положения Хулун-Буира, а также вклад даурской революционной молодежи в создание и деятельность Народно-революционной партии Внутренней Монголии, в международном политическом взаимодействии в первой трети XX в. Далее последовательно изучены историческое развитие даурского народа в периоды Маньчжоу-Го и Китайской Народной Республики, вопросы обретения даурами статуса официально признанной народности, создания и последующего становления и развития национальных автономий. Рассмотрены также такие аспекты, как развитие сферы культуры и образования в даурских районах.

For the first time in Russian Oriental studies, this monograph offers an in-depth study of social and political history of the Daur people in the twentieth century. The author highlights the role of representatives of the Daur elite in preserving the de facto independent position of Hulun-Buir, as well as the contribution of Daur revolutionary youth to the creation and activity of the Inner Mongolia People's Revolutionary Party in the international political interaction in the first third of the twentieth century. Then he consecutively studies the historical development of the Daur people in Manchukuo and the People’s Republic of China, the issues of the Daur people obtaining the status of officially recognized nationality, the creation, subsequent formation and development of national autonomy. Such aspects as the development of culture and education in the Daur regions are also considered.

Монография посвящена изучению «культурной революции» в Хулун-Буирском аймаке автономного района Внутренняя Монголия КНР. На основе ряда источников и публикаций зарубежных и отечественных исследователей авторами изучен ряд вопросов, связанных с проведением идеолого-политической кампании на территории Хулун-Буира. В частности, изучены краткая история региона с XVII по первую половину XX в., с переходом на выявление основных предпосылок «культурной революции» в Хулун-Буирском аймаке в 60-х гг. XX в.; социально-политическая обстановка в регионе и основные векторы национальной политики ЦК КПК в отношении Хулун-Буира в годы «культурной революции». Внимание исследователей уделено и социально-экономическому развитию аймака в составе провинции Хэйлунцзян КНР.

The monograph is devoted to the study of the "cultural revolution" in the Hulunbeir aimag of the Autonomous Region of Inner Mongolia of PRC. Based on a number of sources and publications of foreign and Russian researchers, the authors have studied a number of issues related to the process of an ideological and political campaign in Hulunbeir. They analyzed brief history of the region from the XVII century to the first half of the XX century, paying special attention to identifying the main prerequisites of the "cultural revolution" in the Hulunbeir aiimag in the 60s of the XX century. The socio-political situation in the region and the main vectors of the national policy of the CPC Central Committee in relation to Hulunbeir in the years of "cultural revolution" (1966–1976) were considered. The socio-economic development of the aimag as part of the Heilongjiang province of China is also described.

Grammatical characteristics of words, normative stylistic marks are given.
